YOGA

Come to yoga in the open air and enjoy the combination of movement and beautiful nature overlooking Ebeltoft Vig. The yoga class will be dynamic with a mix of styles, with different variations given along the way so that everyone can participate. You will be taught by Pernille, a trained yoga teacher and physiotherapist. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or other type of mat e.g. a sheet or towel works well on the grass. If it is dry weather we are outside, bring clothes according to the weather. If it rains, we can stay indoors. Price: 90 kr.
